There are two ways to configure the automatic reply to reviews feature for a Campaign:
- Generate Automatic Responses Using AI (releasing early June)
The “Reply Using AI” tool creates personalized responses based on the customer’s specific concerns or issues mentioned in their review, while also providing a customized experience. This option maintains the personalized feel of a custom response while simplifying and automating the process.
- Create a Pool of Stock Responses to Randomize for Auto-Replies
Stock responses are pre-written responses that are randomly selected to automatically reply to customer reviews. These replies are designed to respond to reviews based on the average rating or gateway score in a timely manner while also providing a consistent message and tone. The stock response options for each score range can be customized and personalized using dynamic fields and branded language and can be modified at any time.
