Company earns strong rankings and continued upward momentum across Experience Management, Review Management, Local SEO, Local Marketing, and Online Reputation Management
[San Ramon, CA] — September 2026 — Experience.com, the platform helping businesses and professionals turn every experience into trust, visibility, and growth, today announced significant momentum across G2’s Fall 2026 reports.
The latest G2 results show Experience.com strengthening its position across the categories that increasingly define how businesses compete for trust and discovery online, including Experience Management, Review Management, Local SEO, Local Marketing, and Online Reputation Management.
Across 123 G2 reports, Experience.com recorded upward movement across the majority of comparable reports, with 72 reports placing the company in the Top 10 and 30 placing it in the Top 5. The company also earned 43 G2 badges across the Fall 2026 report cycle.

The growth is particularly notable across categories that connect directly to the changing customer journey.
Experience.com ranked strongly in Experience Management, including top-tier positions across multiple G2 report types. The company also continued to build momentum in Review Management, Local SEO, Local Marketing, and Online Reputation Management, reflecting a broader market recognition of the connection between customer experience, reputation, visibility, and growth.
“This is bigger than a collection of G2 badges,” said Lauren Schaefer, Head of Marketing at Experience.com. “The market is changing. People are discovering businesses through search, reviews, maps, social platforms, and increasingly AI. They are making decisions before a sales conversation ever happens. What we are seeing in these rankings is a reflection of that shift and of the work our team is doing to help businesses build the trust and visibility they need to compete.”
The Fall 2026 results include several significant category movements. Experience.com’s Results Index for Local SEO moved from #29 to #9, while its Implementation Index for Local SEO moved from #24 to #6. In Local Marketing, the Results Index moved from #28 to #8, and the Implementation Index moved from #23 to #6.

Online Reputation Management also showed substantial momentum, with 15 of 16 comparable reports improving, while Local Marketing recorded upward movement across 13 of 15 reports.
These results reinforce Experience.com’s broader platform strategy.
The company is building around the idea that trust is no longer created in a single interaction or controlled by a single channel. Customer experiences generate feedback. Feedback creates reputation. Reputation influences visibility. Visibility drives discovery and, ultimately, choice.
“We’ve spent years helping organizations capture and act on experiences,” said Schaefer. “Now the opportunity is much bigger. Those experiences are becoming digital signals that influence how people, search engines, and AI systems understand a business. Our job is to help organizations turn those signals into a durable competitive advantage.”
Experience.com’s platform brings together experience management, reputation, reviews, search visibility, AI visibility, content, listings, analytics, and workflows to help organizations manage these connected signals at scale.
The company’s broader positioning reflects this evolution: Experience.com turns every experience into trust, visibility, and growth.
The Fall 2026 G2 results represent another step forward in that mission.
