Here is a summary of the new features and enhancements to expect in the product this month! The features and improvements described below will be released and available in the XMP on June 24th. For questions, concerns, or suggestions, please contact [email protected]!

Campaigns Enhancements

Campaigns Threshold – Control frequency, protect your domain

Campaigns_threshold

  • Set a 15–180 day threshold to manage how often contacts receive campaign emails, avoiding overload and boosting trust.
  • As an Account Manager, you can now set a Campaigns Threshold in your Account Settings. This new setting helps prevent overwhelming recipients, improves survey completion rates, and protects domain credibility by managing email volume.
  • When enabled, only the most recently updated campaign will trigger. Once the threshold passes, the campaign will move to the end of the round-robin sequence, allowing the next recently updated campaign to trigger.
  • Exclusions: This threshold does not apply to follow-up campaigns, reminder emails, survey retake emails, or manually triggered surveys by agents.

Dedicated Activity Feed for Individual Campaigns

  • Each campaign now has its own “Activity Feed” section on its details page, making it easier to track and monitor specific campaign activity. The feed provides more descriptive text for updates and supports date filtering and search options for focused analysis.

View Recipient Count on Campaign Details

  • Both the No Survey and SMS Alert Campaign Details pages now clearly display a visible recipient count next to the Campaign ID. Simply click the recipient count to open a drawer that provides a complete list of all recipients for that specific campaign.
 

Listings Enhancements

Flexible Listings Configuration for Enterprise Accounts

  • Enterprise users can now opt for location-based Listings only, user-based Listings only, or both.
  • Even if Listings are disabled at the account level, users can still purchase them through default bundles, provided both the account-level and user-level ‘Allow users to subscribe’ toggles are enabled.

Reviews Management Enhancements

  • You can now send up to two follow-up review requests within 24-hour intervals, followed by a 30-day cooldown, complete with dynamic tooltips and extended link validity.
  • For unresponded requests, review links will now expire automatically upon archiving, and we’ve added a confirmation step to prevent accidental link expiry.
  • The ‘Submit your review here’ form now dynamically hides unpopulated fields (such as Transaction ID/Type/City/State) and removes the ‘Contact’ field, ensuring a cleaner and more streamlined experience for your customers.
  • Customers can now easily edit submitted reviews (twice within 7 days of the review being received), and professionals will receive email notifications for updated reviews (existing replies will be deleted).

Improved Content Validation for Profile Descriptions

  • Improved Content Validation for Profile Descriptions: We’ve significantly enhanced content validation for profile descriptions, particularly for new and existing profiles. This update is designed to prevent frustrating ‘URLs not allowed’ errors from non-URL text, offering more consistent validation and refined URL detection. The result: fewer false positives, more precise error messages, and ultimately, a smoother profile editing process for you.

Tier Managers Can Now View Survey Details

  • We’re pleased to announce that we’ve resolved the issue preventing Tier Managers from viewing survey details within the Reviews Management tab. The ‘View Details’ function is now fully functional and accessible for all surveys, empowering Tier Managers with better review management and a deeper understanding of feedback.

External Image Warning in Email Setup

  • To ensure a seamless experience and optimal deliverability, a new warning message will now appear in Email Setup if your campaign contains external images. This prompt will guide you to upload these images via Asset Management, ensuring your emails always look their best.
