NEW RELEASES
Within the Campaign General Settings, Account Managers have the ability to enable or disable the automatic copying of review text to a reviewers clipboard after a survey is completed.
- Prior to this release, all review text was copied to a reviewers clipboard once they completed the survey on Experience.com.
- Now, enabling Copy Review Text allows respondents to check a box, confirming they would like to copy the review text.
- When Copy Review Text is disabled, the review text will NOT be copied to the respondent’s clipboard, and they will not be asked if they would like to copy the review to their clipboard, either.

Account managers can choose to disable a leaderboard for a given campaign if they do not wish to create a Leaderboard using Experience.com’s survey data algorithm to rank Users based on survey results.
- This is useful in scenarios where the sender is not directly related to the survey and the ratings are not given to them.

In an effort to reduce Support tickets for out-dated/older requested Verification links that produce 404 errors, the same Verification link will be produced and sent to a user that has yet to verify their account, even if the Verification Link is pushed to the User’s email multiple times, to avoid de-activating older requested links.
In an effort to strengthen Experience.com’s stance on removing reviews, and in an additional attempt to minimize the number of reviews being flagged for removal, the Review Removal Policy will now be linked on the screen as a reminder for Users/Managers as they request review removal. .
MINOR Enhancements
Users, Tier Managers and Account Managers now have increased control over the email notification that are delivered to their inbox.
- Similar to the ability to disable email notifications upon each survey completion, the ability to disable email notifications when a review is responded to is now available.
- Email notification settings can be updated via “Profile and Settings” for a User and within “Edit Profile” in the hierarchy (for Managers).
- Users which receive a lot of reviews, or Managers which manage active accounts that Reply to many reviews may not require, or desire notifications each time a review receives a Reply. Disabling Reply-to-Review email notification only applies to the email address of the Experience.com Account whose setting is being updated, and does not disable the Reviewer from receiving an email when their review receives a reply.

- Tier Manager assignments will still be made from the Settings Gear > User Assignments section, but now a black X will appear beside Tier Manager roles to delete/re-assign to managers that move tiers.
