Automated Campaign Access Control for Professionals!

  • We’ve automated campaign access management, making it easier for managers to grant and revoke campaign access for multiple users based on their tier.
  • Tier-Based Automation: Campaign access is automatically managed based on a campaign’s defined tier conditions.
  • Seamless Onboarding/Offboarding: Users automatically gain access when added to a tier and, if no transaction data exists, have access automatically revoked when a tier is removed from a campaign, ensuring ongoing compliance.

Smart Auto-Reply Scheduling

  • Ensure professional customer communication by eliminating outside-of-hours replies.
  • Respects Business Hours: The system now checks an agent’s defined business hours and only sends responses during active working times. If triggered outside of hours, the reply is automatically rescheduled for the start of the next business day.
  • Intelligent AI Auto-Reply Scheduling: AI auto-replies use an intelligent scheduling hierarchy, prioritizing Tier Business Hours or the Campaign Delivery Time Window to ensure professional, timely delivery.

Enhanced Leaderboards with Detailed SRS Insights

  • Unlock deeper performance analysis with comprehensive Search Rank Score (SRS) reporting.
  • Comprehensive SRS Display: Custom and campaign-level leaderboards now show each user’s total Search Rank Score (SRS) along with a detailed breakdown by key category (e.g., Reviews & Replies, Web Analytics).
  • Dynamic Data: SRS data intelligently adjusts based on the selected timeframe, displaying averages for month/year views and the last updated score for current views.

Campaigns Auto-reminders Enhancements

  • We’ve improved the “Incomplete Surveys” section with enhanced visibility and controls for auto-reminders.
  • Action Log: Users can view the disabled auto-reminder records and other actions by clicking the View Activities option.
  • Contextual Controls: The action button now dynamically changes to “Enable/Disable Auto Reminder” only when relevant, and reminders will no longer be triggered for any expired surveys.
