As we transition your account to our V2 XMP, the file layout will remain the same but your SFTP host will need to change. Please work with your success manager to coordinate this change.

Experience.com ’s SFTP delivery provides simple automation for sending surveys; however, we recommend our API for more control and real time processing.

Customers and Partners are each able to submit a review of the provided Agent. Participants’ data may be used to customize survey questions. Additional campaigns can be configured to make use of additional participants or custom fields provided. Custom fields can also be used in emails.

Understanding our File Format:

Your information needs to follow a specific format to be picked up by the FTP importer.
Files must be saved with an extension of .txt or .csv
Delimiter can be comma(,) or pipe(|). Consult with a technical specialist for alternate delimiters.
It must be UTF-8 encoded, UTF-16 and ASCII may also be accepted
It must be named correctly, experience.csv, by default. (case sensitive)
It must have data organized under the correct column header, and must include data for the required columns
Data must NOT contain a comma (,) as this will result in a parsing error

File Delivery

Experience.com ‘s XMP has switched to Key-file based SFTP for all FTP based delivery. You will need a username and key-file from a technical specialist to login. Below is the host and port information:

Host: sftp.v2.experience.com

Port: 22
