Encompass Portal

Experience.com ’s Encompass App can be used to detect daily closing transactions to automate sending post-closing surveys from the assigned Loan Officer to both the Borrower and Co-Borrower on a Loan. It also has the ability to automate sending post-closing surveys to the Buyer and Seller. It pulls data from the Reporting Database.

Note: Our Encompass connection App may not support all scenarios, such as wholesale where the survey is sent from an Account Executive to a Loan Officer. In this case we offer both API and FTP delivery methods.
